Measured Lavg The average sound level over the whole shift, as shown on the dosimeter. Do not enter the dosimeter's TWA: it is already normalized to 8 hours and would be counted twice. dBA The Lavg must be recorded at the same exchange rate as the standard selected: 5 dB for OSHA, 3 dB for NIOSH or ACGIH.
